Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and hardware.

Please include your order number inside the package. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund will appear on your statement as WATERWORKSTRADE.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (USPS Priority Mail — 3–5 business days at $7.95) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item, or defective product).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@waterworkstradecenter.com or (877) 874-6760. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of use or installation
• Items missing original packaging
• Special order or custom items
• Cut-to-length materials (pipe, tubing, etc.)
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on WaterWorksTradeCenter.com.
